i use to work at a prison. transfered from a close max institution to a medium one. at the medium institution they could have a video controller that hooks up to there tv's and play pac man. i couldn;t believe it. here i am watching a bunch of pedo's playing pacman. you wouldn;t believe how easy it is for them. if someone is picking on them because of there case..such as raping kids they go and tell on them and guess what..the bully goes to isolation
