Updated: December 28, 2005

  • Notes on the Ironman Pro

The Ironman Pro show is always the first IFBB Men's pro bodybuilding competition of the year, and the start of who has improved over the months and who hasn't. This contest can spotlight the latest rookie competitors, or showcast the regulars. Combined with a Fit Expo, lots of seminars, tons of booth giving away supplements and samples, and a great press conference, the 2005 Ironman was the best ever yet. We expect more with the 2006 event!
