Muscle Beach Toy Drive - A success December 17, 2007 |

The first Muscle Beach Toy Drive was held on December 14, 15 & 16 from 10 am - 6 pm. The unwrapped toy donation benefited the Venice Bible Tabernacle Church. On Saturday, December 15, at 3pm, John Balik received a special proclamation from Bill Rosendahl, the councilman for the 11th district of Los Angeles, for all the support that IronMan magazine had given to Muscle Beach and the toy drive.
It was huge success, with over 450 toys donated and cash as well. The toy drive was sponsored by Joe Wheatley Productions, Iron Man Magazine, Bodybuilding.com, HeadBlade and Venice Paparazzi in conjunction with the City of L.A. Rec & Parks. Bodybuilding.com provided t-shirts and towels, and IronMan magazine gave out free issues.
