- One week ago, it was reported that Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan have waived rendition in court, and would be moved to Nevada and Clark County within 7 to 10 days.
There were various emails and posts saying that they could not be moved that quickly because of various paperwork, and because there would be another hearing on February 8th. Well, they were moved, this past weekend.
On Saturday, January 14th, Kelly Ann Ryan was transferred, and on Sunday, January 15th, Craig Michael Titus was transferred to go back to Nevada.
The saga of Massachusetts is over.
