2004 Ironman Pro / Fit Expo Information

  • First of all, who is competing in the Pro Ironman this year?

      It changes every day now, as more people are being signed up, and with three qualification sports for the 2004 Mr. Olympia, excitement is in the air. Currently, these are the competitors that have signed up, including:

  • What's Going On?

      The IFBB Ironman Pro Bodybuilding is the biggest and longest-running IFBB professional bodybuilding event on the West Coast.  The top 3 finalists will qualify for Olympia status.  Just two weeks later many of these same guys will battle it out at the prestigious Arnold Schwarzeneggar Classic. This event will be held on Saturday, February 21st, with the press conference on Friday at 3pm at the Expo stage. Pre-judging will be Saturday at 10am; and finals will be Saturday evening at 7pm.

      The much anticipated FitExpo is a high profile, three-day, multi-event, consumer fitness expo featuring educational seminars and workshops from renowned experts, interactive classes and workouts with celebrity instructors, and exhibits of the latest fitness products and services. Every paid Pro Ironman contest ticket will include entrance to the FitExpo for free. The Fit Expo hours will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday for 10am to 6pm.

      Also, the 2nd Annual NPC Figure Competition will feature the hottest female bodies in the country. This year, bring everybody to the expo and the contest!

  • Where is it being held this year?

      This year, the Ironman will be held at the Pasadena Center Civic Auditorium, 300 E. Green Street, Pasadena, California. The FitExpo will be held next door at the Pasadena Center. It is centrally located just 9 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. Please, no video or flash photography allowed in the auditorium, although take all the pictures you want with your favorite person in the Fit Expo.

  • FitExpo? This is new? Who will be there?

      This three day event featuring seminars and workships, and exhibits from various companies should be quite exciting. For more information, click on The Fit Expo Website. For bodybuilding fans, there will be bodybuilding classes and workshops featuring Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Gunter Schlierkamp, Lee Priest, Melvin Anthony, Quincy Taylor, Mark Dugdale, Chris Cook, Phil Connolly, Rich gaspari, Johnathan Lawson, Steve Holman, John Little, Jerry Robinson, Lauren Powder, Brenda Kelly, Pete Siegel and more.

      There will also be seminars featuring Cory Everson, Dr. Barry Sears, Kiana Tom, Monica Brant, Christian Boeving, Rock Morris, and many more.

      There will also be fitness classes that you can workout with various people, including Beto (Zumba), Madonna Grimes (Afro Latin, Street Dance Class), Linda Weiler (Kickboxing, Aerobics, Step), Milo Levell (Ole' School Hip Hop), Patric Goudeau (Aerobic Dance Workout), Rob Glick (Cardio Dance Class, Deep Definition Class)< and Jeff Costa (Cardio Strip Tease).

      There will also be Yoga Classes, Strongman Exhibitions, and Powerlifting Competitions.
