Melvin with Richard Farley, Jr.
- Melvin Anthony stopped by to say hello, and he is very exciting about being right on track to where he wants to be for the 2003 Mr. Olympia. Yes, there are five weeks left, and I feel that I am in the best shape of my life! I am working with Pano Fragoulis, and lets see what will happen. I will not let my fans down nor myself!
Melvin was not keen on pictures, although he did oblige and showed us his back double biceps, and front double biceps. I tell you what, Melvin is definately in shape.
Richard Farley, Jr. also came to say hello. Richard is an NPC competitor, who has competed in the NPC Orange Country Muscle Classic, 2001 NPC Contra Costa, and the NPC California. Richard has some big plans for the future with his training and goals.
