Merchants of doubt
« on: August 11, 2021, 09:39:14 AM »
The failures of global understanding regarding the climate predicament so far, can be attributed to the so-called "Merchants of Doubt" — public relations firms hired to intentionally confuse people and dismantle or undermine confidence in scientists, along with a media (Fox for eg.) willing to co-operate in representing the situation as a "debate" for far too long.

Mark my words and spread as gospel when Miami is 2 metres (6.5ft for the uncultured) under water. I have not been wrong so far and I will not be wrong about this in the future.

Over and out

“And some say the end is near
Some say we'll see Armageddon soon
I certainly hope we will
I sure could use a vacation from this
Stupid shit, silly shit, stupid shit”

Considering what we’ve recently witnessed, this is easily the greatest song ever written and one of the greatest works of art, period:

Right now where I live is 33 feet above sea level so I'm looking forward to having oceanfront property.

At least that would eliminate the homeless problem there.
