I got one of these a few months ago - awesome piece of gear.  I have a discount if you pm me. 

Makes pull ups / dips easier weighted, rucks are better cause its balanced, pushu ups are good too.


I do a lot of workouts the battle ropes and heavy tires w it.

Great for bodyweight exercises but I wouldn't run with one. The impact force is tremendous on your joints with bodyweight alone never mind adding weight to the impact.

Agreed 100%.   A fast walk at most.

Got mine off craigslist for $100.

Useful for a variety of stuff, and I prefer it to the ruck for weighted chins / planks.
