Relatively, yeah, but his waist to shoulder ratio is pretty good.  Not saying he could duplicate Sergio, but I think he would do better in that pose than a lot of pros.
Yes the key to looking awesome is "the ratios" i.e. difference between the chest/shoulders/lats and waist; or biceps flexed and wrists, etc. The ffect is less dramatic on many pros today becuae while they are bigger overall they don't have the raio difference with bloated bellys and  related problems.

why are you trying to down sergio....?

You sound defensive about your hero. I'm just drawing a comparison, not saying he's the same. You've misinterpreted the difference.

The ratios make a huge difference; lots of the guys today have let drugs screw with proportions and sweep.

No one would look good from that angle, entirely misleading.

Gustavo looked like a freaking alien. No arms, no lats and his shoulder - waist ratio is crap

Are you high? his front latspread has improved his waist is getting smaller ( still has a gut ) but overall he looks good in this pose.

Gustavo was smart to pay tribute to the past Mr. Olympias. They were the ones  judging the challenge round...which he happened to win.  That's some strategy for your ass.

And........ I totally agree that Priest does the best "Sergio".

That's your own perception. You're a top-bottom approach kind of "guy", it's obvious.

Some are more methodical.
