Oh, and to keep it BBing related....the sausage is fine....most keto diets are supposed to be 50 - 60% fat. Keep saturated fats below 20% of total fat according to most. The nuts are usually a no go due to carbs, but I think Palumbo uses almonds or walnuts in his diets....so there-in lies the contradiction.
