Born September 1, 1962 in Queens, New York and raised in Levittown, Long Island. Mother's named Patricia, and has two sisters and two brothers. Graduated from Levittown Division Avenue High School on Long Island, New York. I started training during wrestling in High School and College. Went onto Nassau Community College for Fine Arts and Fashion Design,as well as wrestling at 118 PoundsThen went onto Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. I had to stop wrestling due to a severe auto accident in 1983. After two years of Therapy and Rehabilitation, I began training and going back to school for Fashion and Graphic Design. While going to school I started developing my physique, Training at Mr. America's, Steve Michalik's Gym in Farmingdale, Long Island. Then moved on after that gym had shutdown, to Pro Bodybuilder Tom Terwilliger's Maximum Fitness Gym. That's where I really made great gain's and learned how to train and diet from one of the best training partner's and good friend's in the late 80's into the early 90's. Tom had showed me the rope's on pre-contest dieting. Along the way the influence of friend's in the gym to compete in Body Building shows. I entered my first show as a Bantamweight in 1989 for the Long Island Open. I won the class and for a National Qualifier.A year later with hard training, I had moved up to the Lightweight class in time for the 1990 Empire State's and I won second place in that show.

I competed two more time's that year. In 1991, as a Lightweight with the guidance of Tom Terwilliger and Ronnie Starantino training partner's and won 5 back-to-back National Qualifier's, from the 1991 NPC East Coast Championship to the 1991 NPC Niagara Falls PRO & Amateur Grand Prix which Tom Terwilliger and Ron Starantino had entered with me. That year I went onto the National's for the first time and just missed the top 5 by one placing that year. I compete for 3 more years straight winning my class and over-alls as a lightweight until I tore my right bicepts tenden twice, so I stopped competing and concetrated on business and other thing's in life for awhile, In the year 2000 I went to the National's in New York City as a spectator I vowed to make a come back at the true hobbie and sport I really missed and loved. Now training at Bev Francis Gold's Gym I train harder then ever by the guidance of Steve Weinberger. In 2001 I became a Middleweight, winning my classes and 2 over-all placed in the top 5 at National show's and the rest is history.........
